Cabbage Salad With Lavender Vinegar

Ingredients:

6 cups green cabbage

2/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup white wine vinegar

1/3 cup granulated sugar

 2 fresh lavender sprigs

Directions:

Shred the cabbage in a food processor. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, and lavender in a blender, and mix for 30 secconds. Toss the cabbage with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
